Restorative Aerial Yoga and Sound Bath Session

Join Tida and Evangeline in a soothing practice for mind, body and soul.

At this special event, Evangeline will be leading you through a Restorative Aerial Yoga practice, helping you to rest and relax in the different aspect turning your attention inwards. Release physical tension and surrender into stillness.

Meanwhile the pure, magical sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drums and Koshi chimes, and other instruments in the hands of Tida, will support the body's immersion into a blissful state of deep awareness and restoration.

Gift yourself or a loved one with this wonderful healing experience of being in a cocoon of love complemented with the therapeutic effects of sound healing and vibration.

This combination of the practices will bring you to a completely relaxed state, while creating will create a sense of peace and harmony, will lower your stress levels and create a healthy flow of energy throughout the physical body and mind.

This practice suits everybody, even those who have not practiced arial yoga before. Rest assured that this will be a gentle, accessible and mostly stationary practice, using the support of an individual hammock.
