Evangeline Yeun, an experienced Sydney based yoga teacher of 16 years will be facilitating this divine retreat in the beautiful Hunter Valley. Nu Leaf Retreat Is a beautiful new luxury resort and spa overlooking a Shiraz Vineyard with a yoga room and lovely grounds near the vineyards.
Inclusions are: Accommodation (twin share with ensuite or single room with ensuite)
All yoga classes(vinyasa and yin and meditation) mats blocks and straps are free to use
Nourishing, wholesome and healthy meals (vegan and gluten free available)

There is also an indoor mineral pool, steam room, spa as well as an outdoor pool and a gym for us to use
If you want to pamper yourself even further, there is a spa which offers massages, facials and other treatments at an additional cost.

Evangeline has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2005, Hammock Yoga since 2011, and Barre Attack since 2019. 🧘♀️ Evangeline's love of yoga started off with Bikram Yoga when she was living in San Francisco. Since, her early days of yoga, she has also expanded into learning and teaching other styles of yoga. She has participated in teacher trainings with Maty Ezraty, Twee Merrigan and has completed Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Mark Breadner. She now teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal, Aerial Yoga and now Barre Attack. She is inspired by her family, friends, the environment, nature and her teachers. She loves to incorporate different styles of yoga in her creative, fun and restorative classes. 🤸♂️ “I love teaching and sharing this passion with others.
